Vibrational spectroscopy has produced valuable information for biomedical research owing to its label-free and high-throughput capabilities. However, the complexity of large number variables spectral datasets seen increasing application multivariate analysis (MVA) machine learning algorithms in recent years. In particular, use these techniques applied IR spectra biological samples been demonstrated as a powerful tool rapid sample diagnosis disease. this article, we review variety classification employed infrared (IR) biofluids, quoting prediction accuracies demonstrate their effectiveness. With advent new technologies, two-dimensional (2D-IR) recently problems shows potential future applications biofluid analysis, however with complex multi-dimensional there is desire advanced analytical techniques. As 2D-IR biofluids physiological protein infancy, suitable are not readily available. It imperative establish what way respond pre-processing methods. For first time draw on discussed relevant studies discuss spectroscopy.
